      2. Any researcher working in relevant fields from anywhere in the world is eligible to apply for hosting IWDW on behalf of their team. An application email should be sent to the address listed in CFH. It should contain the name and affiliation of the applicant and basic information about the city and venue.

All arrangements should aim to keep IWDW international, professional, and attractive.

      4. The TPC chair is responsible for organizing the call for papers, review process, accepting papers, and inviting keynotes. Each invited TPC member should be a recognized scholar or practitioner capable of giving good advice on submissions. The organizer has an obligation to invite foreign authors who need visa to participate in the workshop.

      5. The organizer, as a TPC chair or co-chair, has the duty to serve as or recommend a corresponding editor of the IWDW proceedings, which is published by Springer in the LNCS series, often as revised selected papers after the workshop. The corresponding editor of the last edition needs to transfer the contact with the publisher to the new editor. In general, any other editor, if any, should also be a TPC co-chair.

      6. 6. The Steering Committee may provide advice to the organizer for better organization, and the organizer has an obligation to cooperate with the Steering Committee.
